Frequently asked questions
Are my photos uploaded anywhere? No. Cropping, face detection, the string art calculation and the video are all made on your phone. Nothing is sent to us.
How many free videos can I make? 3 videos per day, with a small "Stringora" watermark. The count resets at midnight on your phone. Stringora Premium removes the watermark and the limit.
Where are the videos I saved? In your gallery, in the Movies/Stringora album (Android 10 and newer). On older Android versions use Share and choose where to save the video.
Can I build the string art for real? Stringora creates digital string art videos. It does not provide physical kits or printable nail templates.
Video creation stopped or failed. Keep the app open until the video is ready, make sure your phone has some free storage, close other heavy apps and try again.
I subscribed but Premium is not active. Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases while signed in to the same Google account you used to subscribe.
How do I cancel my subscription? Open Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Stringora > Cancel. Uninstalling the app does not cancel it.
How do I get a refund? Refunds are handled by Google Play. You can request one from your Google Play order history; if something went wrong, write to us and we will help where we can.
